Craig joins The RISE Group, Inc as their Vice President of the Built Environment Division, consisting of Creative Environment Engineering, Coldmasters Temperature Control, AirMasters, and James Chemical Engineering. Craig makes this transition from his position as an advisory Board Member at The RISE Group, Inc. In this role, Craig leads organizational efforts and initiatives around business and profitability improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and long-term growth strategies. Craig brings a successful track record of organizational improvement, leading acquisitions and change management with his extensive operational and engineering background. His previous executive roles and responsibilities have been in organizations ranging from Startups, Private Equity, and Fortune 500 companies.

Michael J. Medeiros

Michael J. Medeiros is a seasoned HVAC professional with over 40 years of experience. As the founder of AirMasters HVAC Services Inc., he has led the company to success, employing 23 skilled professionals. Recently acquired by The RISE Group Inc., AirMasters' expertise now combines with the resources and portfolio of The RISE Group Inc., solidifying their position in the industry. With notable projects like Hampton Inn and Marriot Residence Inn under his belt, Michael continues to play a pivotal role in AirMasters' growth and success, bringing extensive knowledge and a commitment to high-quality service.

Michael Medeiros Jr

Michael J. Medeiros Jr. is an integral part of AirMasters, Inc., serving as the manager of the automatic temperature controls division since 1996. With expertise in HVAC systems and Honeywell controls, he oversees projects from start to finish, managing teams and providing technical support. Michael's notable projects include Tridium building management systems for schools, corporate facilities, and automotive businesses. He holds various professional registrations and certifications, ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Joshua Medeiros

Joshua Medeiros CEM currently serves as AirMasters' Controller and Business Development Manager. Josh is responsible for running daily operations, managing the overall performance, and ensuring AirMasters is poised for success today and in the future. With over 20 years of experience in Sales, Finance and Business Development, Josh strengthens our focus on our operational results and productivity.

Previously at The RISE Group Inc., Josh began his career with RISE as a Sr Energy Specialist for Commercial and Industrial facilities providing turnkey solutions to help customers reduce their HVAC energy usage. Since Joining AirMasters in 2016 Josh has continued that focus on Energy Efficiency growing our Controls and heat pump and VRF divisions.

Throughout all of his roles with AirMasters, Josh’s focus remains on our people with the goal of making sure AirMasters can support The RISE Group Inc. efforts to provide turnkey projects for our customers.
